Prior to joining Rehmann, Dan was with several global accounting firms. His previous experience includes serving as the West Michigan International Tax Practice Leader for a Big-Four firm. He was also the Tax Manager and Assistant Treasurer at a multi-national manufacturing company, and the CFO of a VOIP telephony firm. Dan is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Pub lic Accountants as well as a Board Member and advisor to various charitable organizations.
Prior to joining Rehmann, Tom spent over 10 years working in the Grand Rapids office of a national CPA firm. During his career, Tom has assisted companies with minimizing their tax burdens through tax planning tailored to their unique circumstances. He has experience with flow-through entities, review of accounting methods, research and development tax credit and domestic manufacturing deduction studies, in addition to tax reporting and planning for individuals. Tom has extensive experience with export tax incentives including Domestic International Sales Corporations.
Tom received a Master of Science in Taxation from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Calvin College.
